No more password misfires
We’ve updated our security measures—after 4 failed password attempts, your account will be locked. But don’t sweat it! You’ll get a helpful message letting you know how many tries you have left, and if you hit your limit, a quick password reset will get you back in the game.

Presets not sticking? We’ve fixed that
No more disappearing presets—when you manually apply a shipping preset to an order, it’ll now stay put. Whether it’s Priority, Express, or anything in between, your shipping method is saved and ready to roll.

Amazon FBA routing error no more
We’ve fixed an issue where orders shipping to Canada from your Amazon.us FBA account were throwing a “NotEligibleForExport” error. Now, with the right marketplace ID in place, your cross-border shipments will go through without a hitch.
