Automate order line changes like a pro

Good news! Managing order updates just got a whole lot easier. Instead of manually approving every single line item change, you can now automate the process. With our new setting, you can automatically accept all order revisions—whether it’s a price adjustment, quantity update, or product addition—without lifting a finger. Prefer to keep things manual? No problem, you can still review and approve changes one by one, staying in full control of your orders.

Simplify your international shipping with UPS and Ordoro

Ordoro just made international shipping with UPS even easier! You can now add your EIN (or other tax IDs) directly to your international shipments, ensuring smooth customs clearance and compliance with regulations. Once you enter your tax information, it will automatically appear on your UPS commercial invoices, speeding up the process and avoiding delays. Even better, you can save these details in a preset to use on future shipments. It’s a simple way to keep everything on track with less hassle!

Track your eBay orders seamlessly

Managing your eBay orders just got a whole lot easier!  We’ve added support for both the Selling Manager Sales Record Number (your internal ID) and the Extended Order ID (the one your customers see) in Ordoro. Now, when orders are imported, the Extended Order ID is saved in the Internal Notes section, so you can search for and reference orders using either ID without any hassle.
