Expanded API Documentation
We recently added to our API documentation so it includes RMAs. For more information, take a look at our API docs!
Order Export Updates
When exporting order details, you can now include package dimensions, weight, and package type for shipped orders.
Presets
To increase productivity, we’ve added a search bar for presets but, that’s not all. Your operations team can create presets for the payer and payer account number for DHL.
FedEx
Our FedEx integration has been updated to include an option for an Alternate Return Address (Ship-From). Check out our support article to get this set up in your account!
Sales Channel Updates
Our eBay integration now imports if your customer paid taxes on the order. Additionally, an update to Shopify has ensured Ordoro can write back a tracking link for orders shipped using X Delivery.
Bug Fixes
Every once in a while, you find something that could use a little fixin’. That being said, here’s what we fixed this past month.
We’ve made an update to our barcode scanning feature for fulfilling orders and POs. With this update, you’ll be able to add line items when you press enter without completing the entire order or PO. We also made sure our BigCommerce integration will exclude tax when importing shipping costs for international orders.

Upcoming Changes
Restoring POs
Our team has been hard at work this past month working on releasing functionality that will allow you to restore canceled POs. We will be rolling out this feature in the near future (say that 10 times) to all Pro and Enterprise customers!
