FEATURE UPDATES

Update Supplier Costs Right from Your POs

No more jumping between screens. You can now update a product’s supplier cost directly from a Purchase Order. This helps keep your pricing accurate, your product data clean, and your supplier records up to date, all while you’re already reviewing the PO.

New User Permissions for Financial Data

Now you have more control over who can view and edit financials in Ordoro. You can restrict access to product costs (like Weighted Average Unit Cost and Supplier Prices) and purchase order pricing. This helps you protect sensitive financial info while keeping your team focused on what they need.

ADDITIONAL UPDATES

  • Smarter Inventory Tracking for MOs
    Manufacturing just got more precise. MOs now reflect inventory based on the warehouse you’ve selected, no more guessing across locations. You’ll also see exactly where each component lives, and we’ve fixed the hiccup that caused temporary miscounts when switching warehouses.
     
  • Smoother, Faster Production Workflows
    We’ve made it easier to stay on top of what’s been built and what’s still in progress. You’ll now see both Requested and Finished Quantities right on the MO List page. Bonus: Notes for Manufacturer and Internal Notes can now be saved per product and auto-fill into new MOs, saving you clicks and time.

BUG FIXES

  • Some users weren’t able to filter Purchase Orders by supplier, but that’s now fixed! All plans can once again sort and search their POs by supplier to stay organized and find what they need faster.
     
  • We’ve updated our Australia Post integration so the total label cost now shows correctly for multi-parcel shipments. Instead of displaying just one parcel’s cost, you’ll see the full amount, giving you better visibility into your shipping spend.
