This week’s updates bring a new Inventory Transfers page, expanded user permissions, and improvements to order management, shipping, and presets. Plus, a few fixes to keep your workflows running smoothly.
FEATURE UPDATES
View and track your inventory transfer history
You can now view completed inventory transfers in Ordoro’s new Transfers page, making it easier to track inventory movements between warehouses. Quickly review transferred products, quantities, and warehouse details, all in one place.
Control which orders your team can access
You can now restrict which orders individual team members can view and edit in User Permissions. Limit access by warehouse, sales channel, or other order details, helping teams stay focused on the orders they’re responsible for while keeping unrelated orders out of view.

ADDITIONAL UPDATES
- Edit presets directly from your Rules. You can now click a preset name within a rule to view or edit its settings. All without leaving the Rules page, making it easier to manage your automation workflows.
- Preview and print invoices before sending. You can now preview order invoices directly from Ordoro and print a copy when needed. Plus, invoice emails have a refreshed layout for a cleaner, more professional look.
- More ways to organize orders by date. You can now sort and filter your Order List by Ship By Date and Deliver By Date. Easily find orders within specific date ranges, prioritize upcoming shipments, and plan fulfillment more efficiently.
- Rearrange presets to fit your workflow: You can now customize the order of your shipping presets, keeping your most-used options at the top of the list for faster access when creating labels.
- Keep digital products off dropship requests: You can now choose whether to include digital products in dropship request emails and packing list PDFs. Customize this setting for each supplier or adjust it for individual orders, helping ensure suppliers only see the products they need to fulfill.
- Refresh shipping rates for multiple orders at once: You can now refresh rates for selected orders in bulk. Easily retry failed rate requests or check updated rates across multiple orders, saving time when managing large batches.
PRODUCT PATCHES
- More accurate Inventory Events reporting: Updating a product’s warehouse location or low stock threshold no longer creates unnecessary additional inventory adjustment entries. Your Inventory Events report now only reflects stock changes, making inventory history easier to review.
