While the types of products she was being exposed to were finely crafted and very diverse, they all appeared to be imported from other countries. Where was the American-made stuff? How could the USA not be represented at these types of events?
“This really stinks for the artisans in the USA. Some of them have awesome products but are missing out on a great sales channel offered by these home parties,” she thought to herself. And that’s when the “A-ha!” moment happened and Handmade Peaces was born.
