Satisfy Your Urge to Merge
A new feature is headed your way ahead of the holidays: Merge Orders! Now you can combine orders as you please, whether it’s to save on shipping expenses or to de-clutter your Order List.
If you select multiple orders in the Order List page that have been made on the same sales channel, you’ll notice a new option to Merge Orders in Order Actions. Hitting it will prompt a modal to pop up that lets you choose the main order you’d like all of your selected orders to merge with.
After you merge, your selected orders will combine with that primary order. Info will also be preserved — costs, discounts, and totals are recalculated and added to your new primary order, and inventory quantities will remain intact and accurate.
The feature is currently in beta and only works for specific sales channels, but we’re always looking for users to give it a whirl. Let us know if you’d like to try it out, and we’ll get you set up.
