A little more flexibility, right where you need it. This week’s updates give you more control over how you work in Ordoro, with customizable navigation, new Contacts for managing outgoing emails, and automatic cost calculations for kits. Plus, we’ve made international tracking and high-volume workflows a little smoother.
FEATURE UPDATES
Manage outbound emails with Contacts
You now have more flexibility over which email addresses are used when sending messages from Ordoro. A new Contacts section in Account Settings lets you create and manage reusable email contacts with a From, CC, and BCC address.
Choose a Contact for all customer communications, or select different Contacts for Purchase Order and dropshipment emails. This gives you more control over who messages come from and who stays copied on them, without relying on one outgoing email setup for everything.
Customize your top navigation
You can now customize Ordoro’s top navigation to keep the tools you use most within easy reach. Reorder your tabs and choose which ones appear in the main navigation or under the new overflow menu.
Reports, Data Import, and Data Export are now available from the navigation too, and your setup is saved at the user level. That means each person on your team can organize their navigation to fit the way they work.
Automatically calculate kit costs
Keeping kit costs accurate just got easier. You can now have Ordoro automatically calculate a kit’s Weighted Average Unit Cost (WAUC) based on the costs and quantities of its components.
When enabled, the kit’s WAUC updates as component costs or the kit structure changes, helping keep costs in sync without manual calculations.
ADDITIONAL UPDATES
- Better tracking for DHL eCommerce international shipments: Tracking numbers are now saved for international shipments, so they can appear in Ordoro, be sent back to the sales channel, and be included in customer shipment notifications.
PRODUCT PATCHES
- Pick Lists for larger batches: Pick Lists can now be created for batches with more than 300 orders, eliminating the need to split larger batches into smaller groups.
- More reliable shipping and preset modals: Shipping and preset modals now open and close without causing unexpected page errors.
