More control where it counts. This week’s features and updates give you more ways to shape your shipping and dropshipping workflows. From managing presets in Settings and controlling Customer Notes to new options for FedEx international shipments and USPS Ship. Plus, we’ve rolled out a handful of smaller improvements to keep things running smoothly.

FEATURE UPDATES

Manage presets from Settings

You can now manage your shipping presets directly from Settings > Presets. This gives you another way to keep your presets organized without opening the Label Panel.

View and filter your existing presets, create new ones, or edit and delete them right from Settings. Any changes you make are reflected in the Label Panel too. So your presets stay in sync wherever you manage them.

Choose whether Customer Notes appear on dropship orders

You now have more control over the information shared with your dropship suppliers. Choose whether Customer Notes are included when sending dropship orders, helping you keep customer-facing notes private when they aren’t intended for your supplier.

For automatic dropshipping, you can set this preference for each supplier, so one supplier can receive Customer Notes while another does not. When manually dropshipping an order, you can choose whether to include Customer Notes before sending it. Your original Customer Note stays intact either way.

Add Terms of Sale to FedEx international shipments

FedEx international shipments now include a Terms of Sale option, giving you more control over the information sent with your customs documentation.

Choose DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DAP (Delivered at Place) when creating your shipment, and Ordoro will pass your selection to FedEx for the Commercial Invoice. This helps provide clearer customs information and can help avoid unnecessary delays.

Ship with USPS Marketing Mail Parcels

USPS Marketing Mail Parcels is now available as a supported USPS Ship service in Ordoro. You can enable or disable the service from your USPS Ship settings, just like other USPS shipping methods.

When a shipment is eligible, Marketing Mail Parcels will appear with your available rates and can be selected to create a shipping label directly in Ordoro.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES and UPDATES

  • Clearer delivery estimates on Branded Tracking Pages: Estimated delivery dates are now presented more clearly as estimates, helping set better expectations and encouraging customers to check the latest carrier tracking details for updates.

PRODUCT PATCHES

  • More complete Product Info exports: Product Info CSV exports now include all active products for accounts without Inventory enabled.
  • Clearer UPS reauthorization: After reconnecting a UPS account, Ordoro now confirms that reauthorization was successful and removes the lingering warning message, so customers know they’re all set.
  • More reliable RMA creation for older orders: RMAs can now be created even when the original order’s saved label information is no longer available, helping returns move forward without unexpected errors.

More options, fewer workarounds, and a little less friction in the day-to-day. We hope these features and updates give you more control over how you work in Ordoro.

Happy shipping,
The Ordoro Team
