Order Details Page: Display product images
You asked and we delivered! Product images can be showcased on the Order Details page — helping to improve pick and pack operations. Currently, we can only import images for BigCommerce and Shopify stores. Not sure how to import product images? We’ve got a support article for that!
Product Tags: Update tags in bulk via data import
You now have the ability to add or remove product tags using the Data Import feature. No need to go one by one, with this update you can make changes in bulk (support article). Go on Speedy Gonzales, update those product tags!
Manually Retry Tracking Writeback in Bulk
Ever want to resend tracking for orders with the Failed Shipment Notification tag? Now you can! Simply filter to those orders and select Retry Tracking Writeback from the Actions dropdown.
BigCommerce: Import categories set on products
When a product is newly created in Ordoro, you are now able to import categories set in BigCommerce on the product level.

We’ve got a few upcoming changes that we thought you should be aware of!
API Endpoint Changes
We will be releasing a new version of API documentation for API developers. In addition, we will be deprecating the apiverson.ordoro.com URL in favor of api.ordoro.com/v3 and retiring old API endpoints on 8/17/21. Please read more about these changes here.
Analytics processing performance
Over the next few weeks, we will be rolling out some backend performance upgrades. This will allow us to build new features within Analytics and improve page load times.
