From long-awaited features (hello, Stocktake) to smoother shipping workflows and cleaner fixes, here’s what’s now live in Ordoro.
FEATURE UPDATES
Stocktake is Here!
Stocktake is a great, flexible tool for running cycle counts, quarterly audits, or full inventory checks. Scan items with a barcode scanner or enter counts manually, and it’s saved in the UI. No spreadsheets, no extra tools.

Presets: Additive or Overwrite
You can now choose how presets behave when applied to orders. Use Additive presets to layer settings on top of existing values, or Overwrite presets to fully replace them every time. This gives you more control and cleaner automation.

Packing Slip Enhancements
Packing slips just got more flexible. Now, display the total item count (to help your team double-check accuracy while packing) and show line item prices (when you need more detailed financial visibility). It’s an easy way to tailor packing slips to your workflow.

Rules: Internal Notes Conditions
Automation rules can now use Internal Notes as an IF condition, making it easier to automate orders.
QuickBooks Improvements
More control for QuickBooks syncing: choose whether to export kit products, and quickly spot order sync failures with clearer notifications.
Rate Shopping for RMAs
Rate Shopping is no longer limited to outbound shipments. You can now compare rates when creating RMA labels, too.
Magento 2: Faster Initial Imports
New Magento 2 connections now start by importing only the last 30 days of orders, rather than your full order history. After that, Ordoro keeps everything up to date by syncing only what’s changed.
Etsy Security Updates
Our Etsy integration has been updated to meet Etsy’s latest security requirements, helping keep your connection secure and reliable.
BUG FIXES
- The Low Stock report now supports blank Low Stock Thresholds, so you can exclude SKUs without interrupting the report.
- Square imports are more forgiving. If an item lacks a name in Square, we’ll skip it and import the rest.
- Product sorting is smoother. You can now sort by Supplier (A–Z/Z–A) while using Sales Channel or Low Stock filters.
- If you send tracking emails from Ordoro (not your cart), they’ll now use the selected email profile.
- The Order Export Summary report restored column headers for Payor and Duties Payor.
- Sales Channel tab errors now display in a cleaner layout, so long messages are easier to read.
