We’ve been busy cooking up a fresh round of updates for this Features & Updates all designed to help you work a little faster, stay a little more organized, and keep shipping moving. Here’s a look at what’s new.

FEATURES AND UPDATES

Skip the old stuff

Already have a cart connected and want a cleaner starting point? You can now use Ignore Orders Placed Before This Date to only import orders placed on or after a chosen date. It’s a handy way to tidy things up without bringing the backlog in.

Manual orders get a deadline, too

Ship By Date has already been helping teams stay on top of Amazon and Etsy deadlines, and now manual orders can join the party too! Your team gets a clearer view of when an order should leave the warehouse, with the same sorting and filtering tools already available in Ordoro.

Tax info, untangled

If you ship internationally, this one’s for you. We refreshed the Tax Info fields for UPS, USPS, DHL Express, and DHL eCommerce to make things easier to read, enter, and review, with clearer sender and receiver fields where supported

ADDITIONAL UPDATES

Packaging Weight, now with receipts

You can now see Weight and Packaging Weight separately before label creation, plus the combined total once the label is created.

PO exports learned a new trick

The Purchase Order Detail export now includes Supplier Lead Time, so your spreadsheet reflects more of what you’re already seeing in Ordoro.

A little extra zip behind the scenes

We made backend improvements to help us stay quick and responsive, including updates tied to kit quantity calculations, Order Timeline comments, and loading Unprinted orders.

API updates ahead

We’re continuing to modernize the Ordoro API. The legacy on_hand field is being deprecated in favor of physical_on_hand on Wednesday, April 1st. Also, anyone using custom integrations should move to API keys, as older access methods are being phased out.

Thanks for following along with what we’re building. Your feedback keeps helping shape what comes next, and we’ve got more on the way.

Happy shipping,
The Ordoro Team
