We’ve been busy behind the scenes polishing workflows, speeding things up, and rolling out improvements across Ordoro. From new features and updates to smoother day-to-day operations and more reliable workflows, here’s a quick look at what’s new.

FEATURES AND UPDATES

Save your favorite filters

You can now save custom filters on the Order List page for quicker access anytime you need them. Saved Filters make it easier for teams to stay organized, share common workflows, and jump straight into the exact orders they need without rebuilding filters or relying on browser bookmarks every time.

Let your order tags do the work

Ordoro can now trigger automation rules based on imported order tags, helping you sort, route, and process orders with less manual work. Whether tags come from Shopify or another platform, your workflows can kick off automatically as orders are imported into Ordoro.

Stocktake just got a little sharper

When adding products to an existing Stocktake, you’ll now have the option to “Record expected POH now” for those new items. That means expected quantities can be captured right when products are added, helping you keep inventory counts accurate without extra backtracking later on.

See what’s available, warehouse by warehouse

If you manage inventory across multiple warehouses, you can now see Available on Hand (AOH) inventory for the specific warehouse associated with an order directly on the Order Detail page. It’s an easier way to get clearer visibility into stock levels without jumping between screens.

Purchase Orders, now with pictures

You can now include product images in Purchase Order emails and PDFs, making it easier for suppliers to quickly identify the right items at a glance. You can also choose whether images appear by default, and your preference will stick for future orders.

See your products in dropship emails and packing lists

Product images can now be displayed in dropship emails and packing lists, giving vendors a quick visual cue when picking items. It’s a simple way to help reduce mix-ups, speed up fulfillment, and keep dropship orders moving smoothly.

Checkmate your returns

Managing returns just got a little easier. New “Receive All” and “Restock All” checkmarks in the RMA modal let you quickly apply the expected quantity with a single click, making it faster to process returned items without all the manual typing and arrow clicking.

ADDITIONAL UPDATES

  • Added a new Product filter to quickly find items that don’t have a supplier assigned, helping you spot gaps and keep purchasing organized.
  • If Shopify automatically archives an order after fulfillment, the shipped status will now sync back to Ordoro correctly.
  • The legacy “30 Day Sales” column has been removed from Product exports as part of our ongoing report cleanup.
  • Improved inventory performance behind the scenes to help keep day-to-day inventory tasks running smoothly.
  • Shipping-only plans now see a cleaner set of Product filters, with inventory-specific options hidden when they’re not needed.

BUG FIXES

  • Made improvements to “Update open orders” so product changes apply more consistently across matching open orders.
  • Tracking updates for Miva kit orders now sync back to Miva more reliably, so tracking information stays up to date across both systems.
  • Shipping label errors are now easier to read, with long messages displayed more clearly in the label panel.
  • Large Purchase Order totals are now easier to read in emails and PDFs, with cleaner formatting and better alignment.

We’re always working to make Ordoro smoother, faster, and easier to use. Thanks for being part of the journey, and keep an eye out for more features, updates, and improvements coming soon.

Happy shipping,
The Ordoro Team 💚
