This Features and Updates is all about smoother workflows and fewer speed bumps. We’ve added new tools for purchase orders and receiving, made several everyday tasks easier to navigate, and cleaned up a few behind-the-scenes pieces to help Ordoro keep humming along.
FEATURE UPDATES
Barcode printing, right from receiving
Barcode printing now lives right where the receiving action happens. From the Goods Receipt section of a PO, you can print barcode labels for an entire receipt or a single product line, with quantities automatically based on what was received. Less screen-hopping, more getting inventory where it needs to go.

Drag, drop, and tidy up your PO items
Large purchase orders can get messy fast. Now you can rearrange PO lines with drag-and-drop, making it easier to group related items and organize things in the order that makes sense for your team. Even better, that custom order carries through to PO details, printed POs, and supplier emails.

Add the right products to your POs faster
Creating purchase orders just got a little easier. When adding products to a PO, you can now choose to show only products assigned to that supplier. No more digging through unrelated items. Just check the filter and quickly find the products you actually order from that vendor.

Add notes to individual PO lines
Special instructions? Damaged items? Delivery updates? You can now add notes directly to individual PO lines, so important product-specific context stays attached to the exact item it belongs to.

Supplier SKUs now appear on Goods Receipts
Once a Goods Receipt is created, you’ll see the Supplier SKUs alongside your internal product SKUs. That means it’s easier to compare the received inventory against the supplier paperwork and confirm that everything lines up.

ADDITIONAL UPDATES
- You can now customize the sender name used for outbound emails, including dropshipments, purchase orders, invoices, and other communications. It’s a simple way to make messages look more polished, recognizable, and on-brand when they land in someone’s inbox. See how to update your settings here.
- Address validation is a little sharper now. USPS Ship address validation now does a better job of catching incorrect addresses before they cause shipping delays or label-creation headaches.
- Amazon inventory writebacks now automatically suspend sync for SKUs that repeatedly fail due to invalid fulfillment settings, helping keep inventory updates running more efficiently.
- Data Import options are now grouped by category. Import types are organized into sections like Orders, Products, Inventory, and Suppliers. Instead of scrolling through a long list, you can jump to the import type you need faster.
- We streamlined how Ordoro handles product creation and updates from connected sales channels. It’s one of those under-the-hood improvements that helps keep product data cleaner and imports running more smoothly.
- We retired older password protection methods and streamlined parts of the login system behind the scenes. Your day-to-day login experience should feel the same, but Ordoro now uses more up-to-date security standards to help keep accounts protected.
PRODUCT PATCHES
- We restored the Reordered product filter for inventory customers without dropshipping enabled, making it easier to spot reordered products quickly.
- Multi-word names and company names on USPS Ship labels are now less likely to be shortened unexpectedly. This helps labels better match the information entered on the order.
- Etsy tracking writeback errors are now less likely to interrupt autosync. Even when Etsy rejects a tracking update, Ordoro can keep orders moving more reliably.
- USPS Ship flat rate shipments work more smoothly in bulk workflows. Rates and labels can be generated without needing that extra refresh first, helping batch shipping feel a little less stop-and-go.
Thanks for following along with our Features and Updates! We’ll be back with more updates soon, and in the meantime, we hope these changes make your day in Ordoro a little smoother!
Happy shipping,
The Ordoro Team
